The Grand du LAC hotel is one of the best places that we have stayed at. It’s very centrally located with shops, restaurants and Spas all around and very close to the St. Joseph Cathedral & the famous Hoan Kiem lake. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The breakfast spread is very impressive. There is lots of options to choose from including continental and Vietnamese cuisines. Last but not the least the service was the plum on the pudding. Check in and check out were both very simple. All of the staff there made us feel at home. They regularly interacted with us to check if we were comfortable and if there was anything more, they could do. The rooftop bar has not opened yet but what an awesome view you can get in the Hanoi Old Quarter. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay at Hanoi.

The hotel is excellent, with a great location close to all the main attractions, popular coffee shops, and restaurants. A special thanks to Mrs. Mai—she was incredibly helpful and always had a warm smile. I think she was the best part of the experience!
