I liked the location, quiet and safe. It was next to some stores where I could easily shop for any items I needed. It was easily accessible to the LA Convention Center, where I was attending my program. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The place was absolutely clean. The availability of fresh breakfast daily was a great plus!

A very convenient location - only a block away from Pershing Square Metro station. The facility is well maintained, clean, and easy to spot from a distance thanks to the red logo on the building. The first floor was spacious and welcoming, and taking a break and spending some time there was pleasant.
