The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Central Park, and surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. We loved everything about the hotel, from its central location to the attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The Room was beautiful, the bed and pillows comfotable. They offered complimentary water which was good, especially with the heat wave in New York when we were there. The location of the hotel is excellent to explore NY.
