Everything was delightful and decorated for Christmas. Location was convenient to the electric buses which were a bonus. Felt the food service could have been better and it would have been nice to have breakfast included in our stay. Had lobster bisque one evening and was ill the next two days with gastro issues. Not sure if it was food poisoning but I had all the symptoms. We ESPECIALLY enjoyed the Haunted 311 Room tour given by John who is a talented actor.

Beautifully presented hotel. Amazing hidden speakeasy bar in the hotel too! What a find. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms - loved the decor. Also very quiet rooms!! Had the best night’s sleep of my entire 2 week trip in the States.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

    The staff, especially the guy who checked us in, were super friendly and really welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, although the bathroom was quite small. The location wasn't exactly scenic but was very convenient for Lookout Mountain.

    We upgraded to a more spacious room with a walk in shower. Restaurant was good but the air con kept the area too cold, had to get a sweater. The hotel has a lot of history and worth a tour. Ruby Falls and Lookout mountain are worth a visit but a tourist trap. Walk over Walnut bridge. Plenty of museums and galleries worth visiting.

    Amazing location right off I24 which was great to hit all the hot spots (ruby falls, lookout mountain, south side) and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the daily housekeeping/changing out of towels. Not enough places do that anymore after the pandemic.

    Great place in a quiet place above the town. There is a nice balcony with a river view. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice an clean. It is really close to all the attractions on Lookout Mountain.
