Loved the pool area and a hotel bar is always a great bonus for travellers. The shuttle to Universal Studios was great and saved parking fees at the park. The staff were fantastic and the cost wasn't bad relative to alternatives albeit it certainly isn't cheap. Great location for Universal and Warner Bros. The onsite restaurant is also a decent and convenient option.

We just loved those beds! We had our best nights sleep ever. And it was very kind to let us change rooms when the view was not fully up to our expectations. Our room was beautiful with everything we could need. It was so peaceful and tranquil despite being in a city. The bed was huge and really comfy. I'm sure the private terrace would be lovely when there are fewer mosquitos about. The sun terrace was a nice quiet place to relax too. The cups were a lovely touch and a nice reminder of our stay.
