This place is called H by Hospitality for a reason, the staff were amazing, and very welcoming at 2 AM in the morning when we arrived and they even offered us a late check out. The room was great and decorated with flair. The next morning the place was buzzing and we were met with the same warmth and hospitality as the night before. A place to come back to.

Location is nice, safe area. Close to Universal but also easy close access to Beverly, Rodeo, Sunset strip, Griffith obs, even Santa Monica. Hotel property is amazing. Vibe is fantastic ! A hidden gem.

Very clean and friendly staff. Location was exceptionally convenient. The artwork in the lobby and the plants on the patio were beautiful.

Great place. A home away from home located in the mid of West Hollywood. Helen and her team makes you feel comfortable all the time. We were upgraded to the Marylin cottage. Splendid. Lovely place - great location. It does not get better.
