The staff was extremely responsive to my needs! After I told them I slipped on the bottom of the shower and hurt my leg a bit, they immediately provided an shower mat. This helped tremedously for the rest of the stay! Thank you!

The trust was very honorable. We arrived at night and were able to get into the room as if we were returning guests, but there was no one at the reception. Furthermore, the arrangement, equipment and cleanliness of the room are excellent. We had the feeling upon arrival that they were waiting for us here. The breakfast was plentiful and special and we could take it up to the room as well. Overall, this is not a 3-star hotel, but a maximum stars.

We very much enjoyed our week end in the Atlas Hotel, after having tried a few hotels in Timisoara we found this high standing hotel perfectly equiped, nice staff, great breakfast. Overall a very pleasant stay!
