We got very early checkin plus free BF on arrival. Wonderful kindness and professional ism in staff. We stay at the Pousada when in Lisbon whithout hesitation because of the unique location, the amazing breakfast in a beautiful and calm setting, the comfy room with great bedding, the nice swimming pool/ sauna/ fitness and the great meat restaurant for the happy evenings in Lisboa. We spent five beautiful, relaxing days in Lisbon, and our stay at the hotel certainly contributed to that. The rooms were super clean, the service was attentive, and the hotel's location was great. The rooms were exactly as promised by the photos. It was especially nice that we could check in before 3:00 PM, allowing us to relax a bit after an early flight before exploring the city.

We enjoyed room and bathfoom comfort and design. The view made me happy every morning. Room heating was more then satisfying. Breakfast was very good. Everybody working there was kind and helpfull. Overall excellent experience, and I already recommended this hotel to some friends🩵

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, smiling and helpful. Upon arrival, we received a brochure with a map of the city, where the receptionist noted the best locations and modes of transport to visit them. In addition, we were offered an incredibly delicious welcome drink. The hotel is beyond praise, central location, stylish interior, nice music, high-speed Internet in all areas of the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite for free. We fell in love with our room, a very spacious suite in the attic. Stunning view of the city and the fortress. Mac, iPad and Marshal audio system in the room. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, care cosmetics in the bathroom, daily change of towels, a giant bed, a capsule coffee machine, a large wardrobe space. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The hotel's restaurant is located in the next building. In addition to standard eggs and sausages, a variety of fruits, vegetables, cheeses, ham, fresh bread, sweets, syrups, seeds are offered here. Breakfast was not monotonous and we enjoyed every visit. The only 2 things I lacked was a full-length mirror and a hygienic shower. But this did not spoil the impression of the trip. We fell in love with the hotel and Lisbon. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to all our friends.

    The square and its buildings are amazing; however, the choice of food in the restaurants is poor. Burgers and pizza are not on the top of my list of ‘delicacies’ to try in Lisbon. Unfortunately, this was the case in many popular areas, but there were also some little gems.

    Get the ferry sightseeing tour off the quay at the bottom of the square. Also the Beer Museum looks a bit tacky but it is beautiful inside the cafe and very reasonable for a cold beer outside in the Square.

    The Golden Lisbon Hotel has a lot going for it. The location is excellent—just two blocks from Commerce Square in Baixa, right in the center and close to many sights and restaurants. The king-sized bed is very comfortable, with the nice touch of two different pillows (one softer, one firmer). Rooms are well soundproofed, and the rain shower works perfectly with no leaks at the door. Breakfast is good quality, with a nice variety of good quality products.
