I enjoyed everything, and the hotel services were exactly what I expected. The breakfast and lunch had wonderful options. The infinity pool view was excellent, gym and spa options were incredible. The premier infinity room on level 41 offers you a unique view of the Twin Towers, the city, and KL Tower. Exceptional room services. The Sky 51 restaurant/bar was amazing with a great view of Kuala Lumpur. Position of the hotel is very close to the main tourist attractions.

    If U want to go there, I recommended take a grab, U need to pay if want to see serrounded of KL City. Can lunch/dinner at the top roof. Later just walk through down the hill serrounded is shopping mall and hotels

    We bought ticket to Skydeck and Skybox.

    We bought ticket to Skydeck and Skybox. Waited for 1.5 hours to get into Skybox and then were requested to leave because of the coming rain. Do not understand why rain creates safety issues. So money for skybox was wasted as they do not provide reimbursement and to use ticket we needed 1) stand in the queue to get a stamp 2) comeback another day 3) wait maybe another 2 hours again and 4) pray that rain is not coming. We chose just forget about it
