Excellent hotel. Close to everything, including local transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was kept exceptionally clean. The pool area was beautiful, with lots of lovely plants.

The hotel room was so pretty and fancy, really clean every day. The staff was nice and helpful, if it rains you can ask an umbrella at the counter. There is a super market and a hawker center around the corner. All sight seeing points are whithin walking distance and you can also take a grab if you want to go a little bit further like Penang Hill. Take a cooling dive in the nice view swimming pool on top of the building!
