Amazing tropical vibes everywhere, especially from our room balcony. Full of beautiful palm trees in all the resort. The owner is an amazing helpful person and the staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. Very clean ! I hope to come again soon.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Our room was incredibly comfortable and we had a lovely view of the pool and courtyard. The breakfast was excellent. It was a short walk to the beach but to be honest we preferred being at the hotel! We loved the cats on the grounds. All round a wonderful stay and more than worth the money for me.

The site its location the facilities were perfect. The events that the staff run daily for the visitors but it was great to see the accomodation create fun days for families and their children.

I liked the location. Right beside a shopping mall with tons of food options as well as a pharmacy next door that made snacking easy. The swing in the room was amazing and relaxing to look out to the beach. I loved that there were several plugs, one on each side of the bed and a small table on each side. The shower was large and the water stayed hot throughout my entire shower. I mention that because a lot of hotels water does not stay hot the entire time.

Great pool and superb location, directly in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone with lots of bars and restaurants in close proximity. Everything easily reachable by foot or with local busses. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good despite a somewhat limited selection.
