I run a small agency and have used this hotel several times for guests and they always love it. I've also personally stayed here a few times and only had great experiences. Mohamed from the reception desk does an amazing job at making the guests feel welcome. He handled everything so great for my last group - upgrading rooms when available, handling bags, and helping guest navigate their way around Marrakech with ease. The rooms are so cute, the breakfast is fantastic, and the rooftop pool is a lovely bonus!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Longue Vie Hotels! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Location was perfect. It was in the quiet part of the medina. The hotel facade was so unassuming. The minute you enter the lobby, you will be amazingly welcomed by a very refreshing lobby and poolside area. This seemed like the only hotel that offered multiple dining options! Truly a gem of Marrakech! I just couldn't remember their names, but all their staff from Concierge were truly wonderful people to talk to. Extremely helpful too!!!

It was a very nice and quite location ,not like the hotel we booked before which had a nightclub under our bedroom and loud music was on all night , so for peace of mind book the majorelle gardens ,and it was very clean

The gardens are amazing, the organization, for as much as they're trying to make it efficient, is lacking. We had a 5 pm entry for both the garden and the Pierre Berge Berber Arts museum. It was 5:15 when we got through the gates and then we were shuffled along with the crowd to the "private garden." By the time we reached the Pierre Berge museum, which is toward the end of the course, it was closed. I suggest going to the museum first. There is a shortcut to get there but it's easy to miss with the crowds.

Absolutely stunning and for anyone interested in fashion, the YSL Museum is also a must. Really loved the Berber Museum. Worth the combined ticket. But booking in advance is imperative and I. The gift shop they only take cards😖

I don't quite get the hype for Majorelle Gardens - it's away...

I don't quite get the hype for Majorelle Gardens - it's away from the centre, booking only, more expensive than any other attraction, and you have to stay in long queues even when booking a specific time slot. The staff is "military style", not any nice or kind, and you're 'pushed' through a specific path through your visit (not free to roam as you please). And don't dare stepping an inch away from the pavement, as someone will immediately come to tell you off. Go to Jardin Secret in town, much better value for money and a pleasant place to spend a couple of hours.

The garden was beautiful and well-maintained, but there were so many restrictions about where to sit or stand and what to touch. Some security on duty had a certain attitude. Queue was quite Long and waiting to take some pictures as there were lot of people.

The hotel was within (15 min) asking of the train station, around the corner for the 1 bus to go to the central square and a 3 min walk to the large grocery store in the mall. The airport was a 20 min drive. Lots of interesting restaurants nearby ex. Mamma Mia Italian. An excellent restaurant and bar in the hotel. Only a 15 min walk to the Majorelle Gardens.

Perfect location just steps from Majorelle Gardens and the YSL Museum! We loved being able to walk to everything, especially our favorite restaurant, Carmel, with amazing gelato right next door. The apartment was lovely and Yasine was incredibly helpful and responsive. So grateful for this find—highly recommend!
