We had a short but sweet visit to Belmont Boutique Hotel. We arrived at 9pm from the train station and were leaving very early the following morning to catch our flight. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - met us on arrival, sat us down, offered us a welcome drink and sorted out check in super efficiently and easily. We were able to order food from them, drop our bags to the room and come back down to eat. Food was amazing as was the service. The room was spacious and clean. Added bonus of a free transfer to airport. Couldn't fault it and wished we had longer there!

It was very clean, it had shampoo, unlike many places in Sri Lanka, the yard is nice and cozy, there are adapters right in the power outlets, you don't have to ask for them. The wifi was good. The place is very close to the Airport, which was perfect for us. It's a very comfortable layover stay, but it would be just as good fo the longer term

The property was very good. The surrounding area was also good. The people there were very nice. There was a very good arrangement. It was smooth. All the facilities were provided as per five star. The people were very nice, there was every kind of arrangement. I am sorry that such a property is so close and they dropped us at the station. They were so nice and had a very good environment. I always thank you so much, God bless you, you always grow up.

Always the best place to stay. I stay here whenever I come into Negombo for a surf trip. The staff are the nicest people ever, always so funny and accommodating.

    Wonderful trip to see a variety of Indigenous bird & other wildlife. It’s an early start & worth setting the alarm to be collected from your accommodation & arrive early in the cooler part of the day. Our 2 guides were very friendly & proud of their lagoon; keen to impart their knowledge of the ecosystem and names of each bird, reptile & mammal spotted. I was sad to see some plastic waste in places whuc the guide assured us would be taken care of. Wondered whether instead of motorised boats, there could be a call for a more environmentally & quieter boat with a paddle instead of a 2 stroke engine. I suppose the wide distance needed to be covered to view the different variety of wildlife would be difficult to achieve in the 2 hours time allocated for the trip. Thank you for a great trip.
