Sabaidee! Where can I start? What was a 3-star hotel felt like a 5-star hotel with attentiveness to your stay from all staffs especially from the 2 owners, directeurs généraux de France, merci beacoup! The reception staffs are multilingual and speaks English, Chinese and French. Each of them will go out of their way to attend to any of your request. Exceptionally delicious food from the kitchen especially the buffet spread during breakfast. Bicycles are also free to use and they are all brand new. Receptionists asked me about my day every time I come back at night which was so cute haha! There was one day where I couldn't get a car and was late to a booking, and they had a staff send me on a motorbike instead. If I really had to point out something to improve, it would just be about adding 1 additional shuttle to the city during the morning every day, in addition to the already provided one in the afternoon.
