The rooms were very clean, small but this wasn’t an inconvenience as we have not spent much time in the rooms. The location is fantastic, meters away from food street market and shops. Staff was very nice and helpful, rooms have been cleaned every day and they addressed all our requests. Linda and her colleague at checking desk was nice and ensure we are happy with the room and reminded us to just call the crew if anything else required. It is good to be noted there are no wardrobes due to the modern view of Moxy Hotel, but did not mind. Thank you all, we enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was great. Spacious family room. Staff were lovely (especially Eunsol in the breakfast restaurant who made us feel very welcome). Will definitely stay again. Locations was convenient for the palaces and it was an easy walk to Myeondong.

    The Korean crafts part (upstairs in one of the buildings) has quite a lot of souvenirs for cheaper prices than elsewhere. Look around as prices vary there too. There are a few artists/craftmen who sell there productions. There's a section for kitchenware next to it.

    I had a fantastic view from the 17th floor facing towards Gwanghwamun Square. The room had a great layout, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including eye masks and bath salts, which were replenished daily. The location was excellent—just a short walk to City Hall subway station, Myeongdong, and Namdaemun Market.

    It’s very close to Seoul station and many attractions such as Myeongdong, Namsan tower and Namdaemun market. Jae is also very accommodating and nice - we arrived few hours earlier before the check-in time but she allowed us to drop our luggage and use the room right away (since the room was already ready) The room also has everything we need during our long stay like bidet, microwave, cooking pot, washing machine etc.
