Beautiful facilities, wonderful staff who go out of their way to help their guests with any issues and put 100% effort into it !! The head manager of customer service is a wonderful man who made my friends and I stay a lovely experience. He was polite, calm and very supportive of us even when we lost our passport. I wish I could’ve given him a bigger thank you than what I did

Convenient location - close to the airport, nearby coasts and some great Korean restaurants. Really spacious parking (free of charge) was a bliss as a car rental is a must for Jeju’s travelers. The room was clean, spacious equipped with all amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Amazing price to quality ratio.
