The breakfast and happy hour food were delicious, and the staff responded quickly to guests' needs, making everything run smoothly. Special thanks to Emma Lee and Summer Yu - their attention to detail, their professional service and friendliness made us feel at home. Loved my 5 night stay at the Dormy Inn Insadong. The room itself was a bit bland and had no view. However there just so many extra things you don't find at other hotels that make it worthwhile staying here. Free spa, laundry, ice cream, ramen just to name a few. I also thought the location was great.

I absolutely loved that it was straight in front of dongdaemun station exit 6. Saved us when we were so exhausted after carrying our luggage. Also LOVED how convenient and easy it was to use. The place was amazing, rooms were clean and space was super optimized. Location was also great for us as tourists. I just loved everything about it.
