It’s not just about the property—it’s the staff who truly make the difference. Starting with the driver who greeted us at the airport with chilled drinks and a wonderfully comfortable car, to the ladies at reception who were incredibly kind and helpful. They even arranged all our activities, which turned out to be totally worth it, with an excellent guide. The restaurant staff and the food were fantastic (the amok fish was a highlight), and the spa was unforgettable—by far the best massage I’ve ever had! The free massage, airport pickup, and complimentary laundry service made everything so convenient, ensuring our stay was exceptional. Well done to the team! Keep up the great work—you’re the reason the hotel shines (even if it could use a little renovation 🙂).

Amazing staff! They would do anything to please you. Very clean room with evething we needed. We booked the small tour (22$) and the big tour + Bantey Srei (32$) and bought our tickets to Don Det (80$). Everything was ok and tuktuk driver was very good. We would recommend for 200% and would stay again.

We were welcomed warmly when we arrived for our stay. All questions were answered prior to our checkin. Communication is not an issue at all. All the staff were so accommodating and made sure we had a comfortable stay with them. Thank you so much to Nana and the other staff as they even did an extra mile of bringing fresh fruits with a candle to greet me for my birthday, that was much appreciated. It was really a sweet gesture. They even upgraded our stay from deluxe to a villa with the pool view. Food are delicious. My mum and uncle including me was so happy with our stay with you guys. I will surely recommend this hotel for other travellers too. Again, thanks for making our stay in Cambodia worthy to look back. Kudos to the whole management team.

Room was huge and bed was extremely comfortable. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to many restaurants. Reception organised a tuktuk to take us to Angkor Wat. Snacks and cocktails by the pool were a fabulous way to spend an afternoon after walking round the temples.

    Wonderful site.

    Wonderful site. The biggest and best preserved relic of that era hundreds of years ago. Most of the time one can escape the crowds and have some moments of peace, especially away from the center of the site.

    This is an amazing place that should be visited several...

    This is an amazing place that should be visited several times. The government managed tourist pass can cover three days which provides access to the temple area of Seim Reap. I recommend a first visit with a government registered guide. Then return on later days to wander and really immerse yourself in the history. Make sure your camera is ready to take a lot of photos because you will find yourself snapping shots very quickly and often.

    Choose a sun rise tour.

    Choose a sun rise tour. I would recommend to get a 3 day pass. Day one go for a short circuit sun rise tour. Day 2 go for a long circuit guided tour. On the day 3, rent a bike and explore the place yourselves.

    If you plan to visit during sunrise, make sure to bring a flashlight. to help you walk down the dark road from the parking area. Read the signage or follow the crowds to find out where you should be for the sunrise.

    Do take a guided tour of the temples but not with Siem Reap Shuttle Tours - such an amazing place to visit with so much to learn and discover...shame we had the tour guide from "I don't like you because you won't buy the expensive lunch on offer" so he from then on hardly spoke to us! Incredibly rude and spoilt what should have been one of our best explorations. Out of eight people on the tour we were the only two to stick it out till the end as we only had the one day to see as much as we could...we then had to watch many programmes on Angkor Wat to find out what we had just seen! A big shame.
