The room looks exactly as at the photos, perfectly clean. Cleaning may not be performed every day, but a change of towels and hygienic kit is provided daily. Good sound insulation, no noise from trains heard. Light and air conditioning are switched on/off from a control panel by the bed. A microwave, an ice maker and some vending machines are at the first floor. Groceries, eateries, bus stop and train/metro station are at a short walking distance. Convenient luggage storage system. The staff are example of Japanese professionalism and hospitality, had no problems with communicating in English with them.

Everything is perfect. You should ask no more for this price in Tokyo. It fulfills your basic need for your stay while traveling. And all the staffs were quite helpful. Your own room and the public facilities are clean.

I came from the airport late at night. The bed was made and the air conditioner was on to warm it up. Thank you! I needed to leave my luggage for a day and they accepted. Nice people at the reception.

It's near the Aoto Station, convenient stores & restaurants. It's a quite place with clean surroundings. The property owner is very responsive and help was readily available when needed. We hope to stay again in this hotel in our next visit to Japan.
