We loved absolutely everything! Great location near both train station and metro, quiet area, a lot of cheap shops, close to Namba. Seven eleven shop next door. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. The rooms are big. Yoshioka helped us a lot, he was always there for us. Everything was perfect, big thanks to everyone, especially Yoshioka. We will definitely come back to Bande next time. It’s the best choice in Osaka.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and gave me good recommendations. The room was spacious, with a big working bench where you can work comfortably with your computer and other stuffs. After work, you might relax on the sofa in the hotel room. I was very satisfied cos I paid a moderate amount and I could get such a spacious and tidy room in a convenient location. This was good value for money.

The hotel was very pleasant and clean, and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and I had a great stay. We could hear the trains from our room but it wasn't that loud or noticeable, and I think it will be acceptable for most travellers unless you're an extremely light sleeper. There were lockers available at the lobby of the hotel as well that made it very easy to store luggages. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and I'd recommend it.
