Amazing location, great view from the room, super comfortable bed, very freindly and helpful staff, good wifi. We wanted to send post cards from the hotel to our home back in Europe, the front desk staff told us they will send them for free (we did recieved it). The hotel also has restaurants and bars which looked great, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try them due to busy schedule.

I like the location of hotel and cleaniness of room and its regularly cleaned on daily basis. There was mobile charger with multiple jacks was available which was like cherry on the cake.

Excellent location just 3 mins walk from JRSannomiya station. Breakfast was excellent value for money- lots of tasty Japanese food to choose from as well as rolls, croissants and yoghurt. Comfortable bed, great shower.

The room is huge and the location is great! The train station is a 5-minute walk away. The room is cleaned carefully every day. There are many delicious foods nearby. I will definitely come again next time.

    The guesthouse is only a 10-minute (slightly uphill) walk from Shin Kobe Station. So great for traveling to and from Kobe, but a bit further from some of the sights. Our private room with bunkbeds was spacious and very clean. The beds were really comfy as well. Staff are super friendly and the make-your-own-onigiri breakfast was filling and fun. Highly recommended!

    Loved the location and the view from the room, and the breakfast buffet was superb. Ice and vending machine on the floor and free beverages in the lounge were quite useful. Excellent housekeeping and helpful staff. The free hotel shuttle buses to and from Sannomiya and Shin Kobe stations were a real help in getting around.

    We loved staying at this hotel. Rooms are quite spacious for japanese standard, clean and quiet. Hotel is walking distance from all main attractions as well as Shin Kobe station. Staff is kind and friendly which was a super plus. Loved the reading room!

    Everything - very good value for money, good location (5-6 min walk from Sannomiya and less than 10 min from Shin Kobe station), very clean, friendly staff. I loved that it had a desk so I could work. The breakfast is in Matsuya, connected to the hotel and served huge breakfast, you can choose among 3-4 menus. Incredible value for money!
