It's a bit of a walk from Shibuya station so be careful if you have a lot of luggage, it's not far but most of the way is at an incline. I arrived to Shibuya station unprepared, without looking up the directions beforehand, so my advice is look for Hachiko exit to get out of the station and from there it's easy to navigate.Guest review byLaraCroatia

The room was more spacious for than I had expected for Japanese standards. We had a double bed and a single bed for two adults and one child. We had breakfast at the hotel a few times - a great selection of food and drinks. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Acknowledges you every time you walk in or out. Check in was super easy. The main entrance has a lock and there is a security guard and cameras. The apartment was perfect and got everything we needed (fridge, stovetop, washing machine), very cozy. The location is perfect (a few minutes away from Shibuya station) took us a while to figure out how to pull up the blinds to access the balcony (keep pulling on the beaded string once the blinds are closed) 😊Guest review byChristelleCanada
