I liked this temple and surrounding garden and shrines a lot. We came back twice, as we wanted to experience the atmosphere during the evening as well. If you're really interested in this place, please make sure to learn about local customs, keep in mind that this is a place of worship, and then come here in the early morning to see what it can be like. Kappabashi Street, is a colourful street of beautiful kitchen knives, bowls, tea & sake cups, kitchen goods, and more. The locations is so great. Walking distance to everything. Very close to the Sensoji Temple, nakamise dori shopping st and don quijote. The hotel is very clean. They have a laundry in some floors that you can use, the reception was happy to change bills to coins. They have free tea and snacks from 3 pm to 9 pm everyday. The ryokan was absolutely stunning with so many details and beautiful rooms. The position was spot on in Asakusa.
