From there, it’s easy to find the hotel using Google Maps. The hotel is a large private house—very cozy and peaceful. I stayed in a twin room, which was spacious, and I woke up to the sound of birds in the morning. Both the room and the shared bathroom were very clean. Around the hotel has many restaurants and 2 shopping centres (from what I know) as well so it's very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable as well. The hotel is a few minutes down a cute road on the quiet side of Kamakura station. There are many independent restaurants and shops down this road and you can avoid the crowds. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel is new and decorated in the contemporary Japanese style and very pretty. Staff were very helpful and located items my daughter forgot with no fuss.
