Second time staying at Aloft. Excellence in customer service. Great room layouts and wonderful selection of tv channels. The location is also supreme. Around 10 minutes walk to umeda and 15 minutes to Osaka Station

Very comfortable room, with a beautiful view on the river. As a bonus, the rooftop is amazing. The staff is very helpful and sweet. It’s also noteworthy that you can do laundry at no extra cost, which is super appreciated :)
