The bedding was really soft and comfortable which was a pleasant surprise and the amenities were quite clean. The rooftop has a fantastic view of Mt Fuji and Fuji Q Highlands. Washing machine, parking space right outside the door, nice dining area and 3 rooms with 2 beds on each room. The beds were also super comfy. Check in was easy too. We were giving the code to the door the day before and just needed to enter reservation code on the ipad at the door for checking in. Great experience to stay in classic Japanese house. 20 minutes walk to Chureito Pagoda (possible to go for sunrise - best thing what we did in Japan). It is possible to walk to Kawaguchiko lake as well (40 minutes) or train station is quite close (than 5 minutes by train).
