    Great location - shops and eateries nearby. The monorail is only a few minutes away - change at Chiba station for mono rail and get off at Yoshikawa-koen Station. Ignore Google maps which makes you walk 15mins from Chiba station to the hotel on my first night!! Visited nearby Chiba Zoo - a day trip by itself. Room was clean and spacious and all facilities adequate including access to laundry room and microwave ice/drinks machine - would definitely use again. I enjoyed my stay here.

    The hotel is basically attached to the Chiba Station which is a main transport hub so the location is perfect. Also, check-in and check-out was streamlined with a self-service desk that is available in multiple languages. The property is clean and the staff are friendly.

    Great location across the street from Chiba Station. Elevators making it easy via underground pass if traveling with big luggage like me. Friendly English speaking staff. Room very clean and nice, and a bit bigger than expected (I was upgraded, as I somehow got a smoking room by mistake, and I don't smoke) Nice restaurants and shopping mall around the hotel.

    The hotel is close to the Chiba station. It offered everything we needed (we could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out). The rooms are, as mentioned in other reviews, small and old (the hotel was reopened in January 2025, not newly opened), but was great for our short stay.

    Much bigger room than we expected for Japan and compared with two other hotels on our trip. High standard of service in all areas and high quality fittings and decor. Location perfect for Chiba station and many excellent restaurants. Nice little park with boating pond and fabulous restaurant/cafe within walking distance. Monorail trip is a must as are the Port Side Tower and Art Museum en route.

    This is my third time staying here, it’s my favourite hotel in Japan. Super comfortable in every way. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the amenities bar has lots of nice things including bath salts and good coffee. The bed is comfortable, the bath is AMAZING! The best in Japan! Excellent location for restaurants and transport, just a short walk to the bustle of Chiba Station area.

    Very convenient with the train station chibachuo downstairs. Able to go to Chiba station 1 minute away which is a main transport hub. Downstairs in the complex is a pharmacy, good grocery shop, 24 convenience store and a 1 dollar store as well as a Starbucks and other eating places. Breakfast at the hotel is a mix of many cuisines and a reasonable price. Bed was very comfortable and room super clean. Laundry machines available. Bottled water every day in fridge.
