Perfect location for us. Somewhat outside of the city center, but the Akabane metro station offers a train (20-30 minutes) every other minute towards the main hotspots. If we visit Tokyo again, we will back to this hotel. The staff was very kind and hospitable.

Superb location! Just 2 min walk from Akabane Station. And everything is close by. There are many malls and restaurants around. So we did all our food shopping and souvenir shopping as it would be our last stop before heading back home. The room was bigger than expected and the amenities were complete. Great value for money. We always consider staying in Daiwa Roynet as we always had a great experience.

I had a very comfortable stay! Especially the bed was very comfy - I slept really well, I still miss it haha! Everything was clean, they provided fresh towels everyday. The staff was kind and ready to help! I had a view on the train rails and I enjoyed watching trains every evening after coming back to the hotel (the windows are soundproof so there was no noise). It was raining some days but there were umbrellas to borrow in the hotel. The location is good too, I comfortably traveled (by train) where I wanted to go to.
