Breakfast was fantastic and location is excellent too. As a bonus there is local market just asid of the hotel you should not miss if you are interested with local shops etc. Room was very comfortable and quite. Staff are extremely helpful to make your stay unforgettable . Ceiling of breakfast room is amazing yuou feel yourself in the museum :-)

The attention to detail in this boutique hotel is amazing. It has beautiful facilities with a warm, friendly feel. It’s brilliantly located on the key shopping street in Naples, within walking distance of everything. The breakfast provided is lovely with an excellent variety offered. Brilliant extra touch that snacks and hot drinks are available throughout the day. Highly recommend to anyone!

We stayed here for 3 nights in early October. We chose Il Convento based on previous reviews and boy were they right. The property is great but what made our stay so special was the staff. Their friendliness, attention to detail, helpfulness, etc. can't be overstated. Our room on the top floor had a private terrace which we enjoyed at different times of day. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and the breakfast room has beverages and pastries available 24 hours a day. For us, the location in the hectic Spanish Quarter with its many restaurants and shops was ideal to soak up the atmosphere of the old city while it's only a few minutes walk to Via Toledo which is filled with larger shops, is mostly pedestrianized, and close to the funicular which takes you to the top of city to visit the castle and spectacular views. We will definitely return.

    Via Toledo and the surrounding streets are packed with people, restaurants and shops. Great atmosphere during day and night! You will not find standard bars for drinking beer; every place is a kind of restaurant. Narrow streets include lots of flags and football memorabilia. Mural Maradona is one of the main attractions.

    It was a beautiful spacious traditional apartment with a wrap around balcony finished with style and quality. Good views and very quiet and dark thanks to the double glazing and electric shutters. Kitchen had all required appliances and bathroom was a decent size. Close to metro, ferry and via Toledo for shopping.

    We were treated to an upgrade to a rooftop terrace room with a fabulous view of Vommero. Complementary prosecco and fruit on arrival. The public dining room ing room and lounge of this fourteenth century palatial residence had a beautiful ceiling and the breakfast selection was incredible. Also loved the Orin operated lift and the foot thick front gate with a little after-hours access door. Right on Via Toledo is a very central location for tourism.

    It was tucked just slightly off the busy area, only a few meters from the steep streets with little shops and close to Via Toledo, so it felt quieter while still being right near the activity.

    Great, newly refurbished apartment in the very center of Naples, located just off Via Toledo. The location is very convenient for exploring everything on foot, with plenty of pizzerias, tavernas, bars, and minimarkets nearby. The host was brilliant—he let us leave our luggage at noon and arranged a taxi to the airport at a very good price. The two small balconies and the elevator for carrying luggage were additional bonuses.

    Absolutely great accommodation. Very close to both the port area and via Toledo. Really clean ( room cleaned every day). Mattia was great with communication/ instructions and always happy to give advice/ recommendations. Make sure you have 10cents for lift during peak hours( not a problem). Lots of cafes, restaurants and gelateria!! Arriving we took airport bus to the port and walked up. Heading back today we went via Metro to Garibaldi. Not sure when we will be back in Naples, but we would certainly stay here.

    We stayed here with family and absolutely loved it. The host met us on arrival and stayed in touch with helpful messages, and the 24 hour security was reassuring. The rooms are newly renovated with high ceilings, modern décor, spotless cleaning, and the best bathrooms we saw in all of Italy. Beds were also the most comfortable of our trip! Location was perfect, close to Via Toledo, transport and plenty of great little restaurants. Couldn’t recommend it more.

    The place is in a very convenient spot in Naples, about 20 minutes walk from the central station, very close to via Toledo the Main Street and to other attractions in Naples. The host was very nice and helped us with everything we needed and answered every question we asked. The building Is very secure and we felt very safe.
