The room was very spacious, with walls painted with animal-themed decorations. The room is equipped with a minibar and a jacuzzi. The cleaning services were impeccable. In terms of location, it's quite central, although Lucca has a fairly large old town.

Hotel is in a great location and our room was large enough for a family of 4. Breakfast was the best we experienced on our 4 city European vacation.

The breakfasts were wonderful with a good variety. Pina was a very sweet, efficient and helpful host. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms and common areas were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated.
