It was centrally located, quite charming and a great staff. Very pleased with ability to park inside walls safely. We had lovely breakfasts and everything was close-by.

The room was beautiful, especially the wide spa bathtub. The bed was comfortable and wide. The breakfast was full and tasty, especially the locally sourced honey. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags in the lobby after checking out, as we walked around Lucca for the afternoon.

Excellent location, great breakfast, friendly staff, 5-7pm availability of free prosecco and all day availability of coffee and tasty snacks made it special to return to the hotel after an excursion

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, room was nice and clean. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxation and the pool great for a quick dip. Affordable bike rental at the hotel which we used twice. 10/10 would recommend!

Delicious breakfast - the best scrambled eggs we‘ve ever eaten in a hotel. Spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds, super friendly and helpful staff - in all a delightful place to stay.

The hotel is quite beautiful. We loved our room, it felt very elegant. We had a view of the street below and the church next door but there really was no noise. The breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the excellent breads. It wasn't huge assortment but it was good. We stopped in the restaurant for a Limoncello in the evening and it was really nice. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked good.
