We loved staying at hotel Lo Campagnar!!! We were doing the TMB and decided to have a break in between in Courmayer and this was the best thing we’ve done! Staff were amazing, very kind and helpful when we had questions. We had breakfast included and they had a nice selection with good quality products. On our second day we couldn’t catch the breakfast as we were leaving very early for the hike, so they gave us a tray with some food for the morning and that was very kind. Room was exceptionally clean, and let’s not talk about the stunning view we had from it. They have a lovely front garden again with a beautiful view and you can have some coffee or tea there too. All in all, we couldn’t wish for something better and we wish we stayed longer, but we are already considering coming back!

The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The property itself is located just outside the historic centre which is great for access and it is perfectly silent. It is just a 8-10 minute walk to the very centre of town. The hotel is the most dog friendly place that we have ever stayed. There was a small fee for her stay, but they provided bowls, a mat, a bed and a huge bag of treats. My car was parked for me and returned charged for my onward journey. The breakfast had the most amazing view and was absolutely outstanding. The spa was lovely - my daughter and I really enjoyed the ‘Emotional Shower’ (we think it is mint then apple then eucalyptus). We have stayed in many of the hotels in and around Courmayeur and for me this is absolutely the best.

    We spent a couple of days here for some R&R whilst in Italy, an easy drive from Ivrea, well signposted with picturesque scenery along the way. Plenty of restaurants, walks, shopping all in an incredibly picturesque setting. Skyway and La Luge Beer and Burger Bar a must visit.

    Beautiful location overlooking the mountains. 15 mins walk into Courmayeur. The hotel had a lovely lounge and garden. Breakfast was very nice. Stephano was very helpful and friendly. Secure garage for our motorcycle.

    The property is conveniently located near the Skyway Monte Bianco and just a short drive from the center of Courmayeur. The view from the rooms is beautiful, and we truly appreciated how peaceful and quiet the surroundings were. The hotel has been recently renovated so all the facilities look good and clean.

    Perfect location if you plan to go up to the Skyway cable car( if weather is good,I highly recommend to go on the Skyway and to Auguille du Mardi )Right next to the cable car station. If you buy tickets at the hotel,you get 10%off for the Skyway. Free shuttle bus from central Courmayeur takes you to the station. There is a supermarket about 15 min walk, and a little cute village in 5min walk with a nice cafe.

    This is an accommodation offered by La Grolla restaurant which is an institution in Courmayeur. Many celebrities stopped there to eat. Food was very good and view amazing. Elena is a great host and we had sandwiches for the next day at a correct price. Apartment is good value for money in Courmayeur, despite the fact that there is no breakfast ( or at least wasn’t proposed) and no double bed. We only stayed one night but this apartment is better for a longer stay because it is equipped and spacious.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Courmayeur. The hotel itself is stunning — with beautiful design, stylish and comfortable rooms, a fantastic spa, and thoughtful complimentary touches at check-out. Breakfasts were truly outstanding, probably the best of our entire trip.

    Fantastic gem in Courmayeur. The apartments have all of the comfort of an apartment but with the service and care of being looked after in a hotel. The staff were exceptional and so kind and attentive. Breakfasts delivered were high quality and delicious. The spa was perfect and well maintained, a truly lovely stay.
