Room was quite big and renovated, breakfast was very good. I liked welcome drink and snacks. On front desk Sara was quite helpful and kind.

Our entire stay was very pleasant. Staff were terrific. Fredrico, Matteo, Emanuel, Kierra and Filippio.

Fantastic new luxury hotel, very conveniently located just two minutes from the metro station. The room we were assigned was very clean and spacious, and most importantly, very technologically advanced. Access is via a key card. The mattress was comfortable and very large. We loved the truly spectacular bathroom. We thank Mr. Gabriele for his wonderful welcome and hospitality, and for his recommendation of the restaurant I Caminetti del Sempione for dinner, where we ate really well.

The hotel facilities were of a high standard, showcasing remarkable modernity and quality. The mirrored elevator was a wonderful highlight, adding a sophisticated touch to the structure. The ample parking was an additional convenience, and the fact that they offered complimentary parking on our first experience was a much-appreciated gesture. In summary, this hotel is an exceptional choice, offering not only comfortable accommodations but also a complete range of amenities that contribute to a memorable stay. I will certainly consider returning and recommending this establishment to other travelers.
