All the staff at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were big and cozy. We booked two. Great hotel for couples and families. I will stay in this hotel again!

The location was fabulous. Just a 100m walk from the Arsenale stop on the blue line of the waterbus. The rooms have a beautiful view of the lagoon and is probably one of the best locations to watch the sunset. The hospitality is fabulous - Stefano and Marco went above and beyond to make all arrangements for us (24x7). Will definitely come back here for my next Venice stay.
