The common spaces and private spaces were all well maintained with great amenities. The room was spacious, while there were some small improvements needed, you still felt extremely comfortable.
All staff encounters were good. Specifically during our stay Silvia, Jamila, Kirstie, and Mauro were exceptionally helpful and pleasant people to talk with. They had great recommendations and know their city very well. It was a pleasure to meet them.
Overall the experience was great and would be a place we could return too.

Lots to see and enjoy, plan your trip...Maybe several trips.... Peoples Garden's, Zoo, Pope's Cross, Furry Glens, Farmleigh. Cycle is the way to go exploring....(30km/hr speed limit in place on main road through). It was plenty of room for just myself but could potentially be a bit squishy for two. The lobby area was nice, I didn't utilise the brekky or the bar but both looked good. The location was great for me, not far from public transport options, with cafes, bars and pubs in the surrounding blocks but without heaps of crowds.
