We kept locking ourselves out of the balcony accidentally haha, the staffs were very friendly and helpful to get us back in. The environment is beautiful. the pool is nice and can just walk to the beach. Walking distance to Kuta center. The room is clean, quiet and the aircond was really cold regardless how we adjusted.
