During my recent stay at this hotel, everything exceeded my expectations! We were upgraded to a wonderful room that was simply perfect. The warm pools were a great place to relax, the two-level gym was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The location is also ideal, with quick and easy access to the city center. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip to Budapest!

The staff (Andrew especially) was absolutely amazing. At arrival, we got a great introduction to Budapest, as well as help with public transport, various places to go and try out, and how to get around in the city - all without even asking! The hotel is close to several bus and tram stops, making the journey into the city center very easy! Also received a personal e-mail from the staff after arrival with tips and things to do in Budapest, which made it much easier for us to plan our holiday. Fantastic service and hospitality by all staff members, and especially Andrew! He had a great sense of humor and always made us laugh. Really enjoyed his energy.

Good location very close to the Nyugati station (though not by the river, which is not an issue for me), good breakfast with some varieties. Large rooms in European standards, good bedding and pillows and slept well. The staff are excellent, especially Bence, Mark and Viktoria, who helped me with some issues (the originally assigned room has a problem with the door lock, which is solved very quickly by giving me another room that does not have the problem, also a free drinking voucher is provided) and helping me re-organize my itinerary by giving some suggestions. Also slippers and robes are provided in the room.

The decor in the hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was incredible. One of the best breakfasts in a hotel I've ever seen, so much choice! Really liked the Netflix option on the tv too. We had food in the hotel room which was lovely!

    Very beautiful, modern apartment in the perfect location for Sziget festival (and it was super easy to get into the centre of Budapest too). The private rooftop was amazing, with beautiful views. The hosts were friendly and very helpful, would definitely stay here again.

    It is a nice hotel. We were looking for a hotel to stay during the Sziget festival and it was a good price. The location is not in the city center but accessible by public transport.
