Hotel was perfect located and decorations were very tasteful . the hotel has a lot of potential to become outstanding , but management need to train people better to fit the image of the hotel. People working are very nice and helpful but have no clue what it means to work in 5 start hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms and amenities first class. Access to the private little beach was a bonus. The restaurant and bar were very comfortable and the food was lovely. Great breakfast!

The location of the hotel is somewhat eccentric with regard to the center. A big advantage of the hotel is the covered and spacious garage, unfortunately, I could not find an elevator from the garage to the reception and to the hotel. The room was spacious enough, clean and functionally furnished. The bathroom was spacious, clean, the accessories in it a bit modest. The staff was very helpful and operative. The breakfast was very good and varied.

Great room with sofas and view to the sea. Bathroom has window and tub. Hotel is next to two beautiful beaches and to the bus stop from where can go to the City Center and the famous arena. I loved it. Breakfast was great. We are planning to come back soon.

Slowly but surely, Valsabbion has become our go-to sanctuary for recharging after a demanding year of work. The rooms evoke a sense of a refined home away from home, and this year’s stay in a junior suite with a beautiful terrace was no exception. Furnished with cozy sofas, chairs, and umbrellas, it was the perfect spot to relax for hours, watching the pool melt seamlessly into the sea. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Mary, Luca, Dino—and everyone else on staff—embody the art of genuine care and service. We especially want to highlight the remarkable culinary journey Dino curated for us. As vegetarians with slightly selective tastes, dining out can be a challenge. Yet each evening, Dino crafted delightful surprise dishes based on just a few clues about our preferences. Mary’s expert wine pairings added another layer of magic to every meal. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Valsabbion and are already looking forward to our next visit.

The staff are extremely friendly, polite and also good fun. Love the breakfast, so much on offer I couldn't try everything. The hotel owners also make wine, which is served at the hotel, pleasantly surprised as I've never tried Croatian wine before. The food is excellent in the restaurant, the octopus salad is a must, the ceviche incredible with home made bread served at wach meal. Wonderful service too. The secure underground parking was a huge bonus, even for a large SUV with a roof box, plenty of space. The room we had was big enough for the 3 of us, lovely comfortable beds and a partial sea view. The hotel is brand new and in a peaceful location on the sea front, a short drive away from Pula town centre if you want to enjoy a vibrant town centre. There is a local boat hire facility a short walk across the bridge into the Marina where there is also a restaurant and bar. A boat tour is a must, even for a few hours (negotiate on price) . Ask for Ivo, very friendly young man and capable skipper.
