The interior design was fantastic the artwork great. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were fantastic and helpful. The complimentary water and sparkling water peanuts etc made you feel valued as a customer. Thankyou for making our stay memorable

The location is absolutely perfect. Situated in easy walking distance of both the upper and lower towns. Breakfast has a great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, juices, pastries, meats and cheeses, fresh honeycomb and hot sausages. Eggs are cooked on demand and there is even prosecco if you want it. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in - ever. And we have travelled a lot. The rooms on the second floor are exceptionally well appointed with gloriously high ceilings. The room was warm - you can control the temperature easily and the lights and plumbing in the bathroom are great. The water pressure is good and the shower is easy to work (you don't have to be a professional safe-cracker to reach the ideal temperature). The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and charming and the overall standard of this hotel was absolutely superb. I cannot think of a single thing that I would change. Complimentary prosecco on arrival and water and chocolates on our departure. The entire experience was a tour de force of professionalism in how to run a hotel and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. Thank you to everyone for a fabulous stay.

I liked everything about this property! I booked an apartment which was just amazing! Very clean, spacious and cozy! The staff is very polite and helpful! Highly recommended!!!🙂

    The location was perfect, just a short walk from supermarkets, bakeries, and Zagreb’s main square (Ban Jelačić Square). Our room on the 4th floor was very clean, comfortable, and made our stay truly pleasant. We did not book breakfast, so we cannot comment on that, but overall we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return.
