We recently spent three unforgettable days at Hotel ICON in Hong Kong, and everything about our stay was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering every amenity we could need for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour from our room were the highlight, adding a touch of magic to our experience. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a fantastic start to each day. One of the standout features was the rooftop pool and fitness center. The pool provided stunning views of the cityscape, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to access key attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, enhancing the overall experience. Hotel ICON truly sets the standard for hospitality with its excellent service, attention to detail, and luxurious atmosphere. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong and can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

All the staff were professional, polite and efficient. We requested for a quiet room and was given the 9th floor and we were really pleased. The filtered water system in the room eliminates the need for bottled water and that's a real plus !!

    This is a great budget option. Host Samson is a quality guy and made us feel at home. He took his time to explain everything. For the price and the location it has everything. If you on a budget and you want a clean place to dump your luggage and crash this is the one.

    The place is clean, which is the most important criteria for my travels. The staff are also very helpful, and one lady in particular (the one who checked me out) was always cheerful and smiley to guests walking past the counter. The location - I ahve mixed feeling about this. It is superb in that it is where the market is, with eateries close by. However, it is located between two subway stations, which makes it hard to travel by public transport on very hot days, or rainy ones. This is nothing The Stellar can do, of course

  • Very helpful, even though they rush about like New Yorkers...

    Very helpful, even though they rush about like New Yorkers they will stop and try to help with directions. Except for one man every one tried to be helpful even if they knew no English. And in fairness to the one man, he was an older gentleman and I think he was just embarrassed because he did not understand us so he quickly motioned us away.
