We had the chance to stay in a club 65 suite during our vacation and everything was perfect. the ambiance of the hotel, the view, the service. the staff who take great care. We stayed three nights, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. Upon arrival, the staff took care of every detail to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Alex for his warm welcome and the special attention given to our son upon arrival. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped to ensure our comfort. The service was impeccable, and the facilities, particularly the spa and pool, met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The dining options were also outstanding, with a varied and high-quality breakfast. At our departure, Charles showed great kindness toward us and our child, making a perfect end to our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in Hong Kong.
