Staff are very polite and helpful, and even upgraded my room when I checked in. Rooms are extremely comfortable and well stocked. Shower is excellent with perfect water pressure and temp controls, and the hotel also provide good amenities. The hotel is located on the 19th floor of the Hopewell Centre which may be a bit confusing to get to at first but this is not an issue.
