The staff were very friendly and especially Peggy in the breakfast room really kept things in order! Also friendly at all times and kept up with offering eggs our way ..an absolute credit to the hotel! As was Angeliki!! The available soaps and cleansing cremes were terrific! Variety of bfast was terrific especially the fresh colouris and yogurt nuts.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel in Athens for three nights in April 2024, along with my parents. Breakfast and pool was essential for convenience and relaxation as we were primarily looking to unwind from work-related pressures and to explore the area; this hotel proved to be a fantastic choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were not only welcoming but also incredibly helpful, offering personalized recommendations that enhanced our experience. Their warmth and professionalism were evident throughout our stay. The room featured a comfortable balcony that offered a stunning view of both the pool and the sea. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and take in the serene surroundings. The breakfast each morning was delightful. There was a wide variety of options, all fresh and well-prepared, which provided a great start to our days. The quality and service at breakfast were impressive. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated. It is close to the beaches of East Attica but also conveniently near Athens' Northern suburbs, which was beneficial for our planned interactions in that area. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem that offers both relaxation and accessibility. The combination of friendly staff, excellent facilities, and a great location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Athens. I am already looking forward to my next stay, as this hotel has definitely earned a revisit from us.

We were in love with the hotel and its 80s vibe (the entry and entrance hall are stunning!). The facilities were good: the rooms were clean and there was an AC in each of them. One of our rooms also had a beautiful balcony with a small table and some chairs. Hotel owners were very friendly and communication with them was smooth. We also really enjoyed the hotel breakfast we had early in the morning before taking our ferry. To summarize: the quality that we got for the price simply cannot be beaten.

We liked everything about the property. It was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The view of the port was great and the restaurants were very close by. We had a great night out and a sound sleep ahead of our ferry journey the next day. Staying in Rafina at Blue Horizon Gem on the Port was an excellent way to go to the islands and will be our preferred way to go there from now on!
