We initially booked five nights (in October 2023), and then prolonged our stay for another two nights, because we simply loved it there. The location is great, the house is just super nicely designed (especially the facade, the yard, the breakfast area and the oak wood staircase). All the (young) staff is professional and super friendly. Breakfast is great (I recommend you order some of the extras, like "Georgian breakfast" which are eggs in a coriander-almond-gravy) with a nice Georgian touch (like tklapi, local cheeses, and pastry (we liked the things with walnuts a lot). The owner is Georgian. Thus, the money you pay doesn't go into a foreign investor's pocket. We really loved the staff. We researched some activities online first and then asked the staff about their opinion, which helped us a lot. We also let them book cabs for us. All spoke pretty good English. We'll definitely come back.

stunning place! absolutely worth the money and your time in Tbilisi. Great location in the city center and easy to get everywhere. Very stylish and modern place. We booked 3 rooms for our family and each of them were great : clean, cozy and spacious. We also really enjoyed restaurant downstairs for dinner. special thanks to the staff of the hotel, everyone was super friendly from the reservation process, when I had questions about bathrooms in the room, till the check out. oh and I fell in love with their “I want to sleep” rabbit toy that they use instead of ‘Do not disturb’ sign.

    Freedom Square and entire Tbilisi is full of thieves. I’ was on a visit with my family in this beautiful country, Georgia. After our early dinner in Tbilisi, me, my wife and my 8 year old son were walking on Shota Rustavali Ave street outside Galleria Mall. All of sudden, out of nowhere, I was attacked by the group of 10-15 kids (around 12-16 years old). They all tried to grab my wallet, mobile, and my personal belongings. Not a single person walking on the street intervened😡 I tried to push them back, but they all were coming in the group. Finally after 2-3 minutes drama, one kid took my hand glove thinking that they took my wallet and they all ran away. Later, one lady from that group followed us till freedom square. Real story starts now, at the freedom square, I approached police who were sitting in their car. As soon as the lady saw that, she disappeared. Surprisingly, police told me that they can not take the action as they were some other duty and advised me to go to the police station. Police also told me to react in a polite way with those kids if they try to do this again and request them not to do so😂😂😂 I must say that the street is not at all safe for Asian and Arabs. Very disappointing and disturbing experience. We will never visit this place again.

    The apartment is very central, just off Freedom Square. It is spacious and clean. Lizzi was very welcoming and friendly. She couldn't have been more helpful. It had all the equipment, AC, etc. that we required, and comfortable sofas.
