The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Robes and slippers were provided. The toiletries were very nice. There was enough coffee, milk etc for our stay and a really good coffee machine. The rooms are nicely spaced apart so you're not staring into your neighbours room. It also feels very safe as the rooms are behind the marina gates with an access fob required. We ate in the restaurant one of the nights and the food was excellent. So were the cocktails! We enjoyed sitting on the private deck in the evening. It's only a short walk to the train station with regular trains into Cardiff and to Barry island. We will definitely stay here again.

    Don't go by car if possible since access is (deliberately)...

    Don't go by car if possible since access is (deliberately) difficult. If you must (eg Disabled), use John Lewis car park - but make sure it is still open when you want to leave. Lots of lovely little independent shops in the arcades almost opposite. Also good choice of blingy chains in main shopping centre.
