Brilliant room, huge American king bed, incredibly comfortable pillows, remarkably attentive staff, beyond perfect location. I usually change hotels when I travel but will absolutely return to the Ampersand any time I visit London.

Super nice staff, awesome room and awesome location. Stayed only one night, but this was an awesome experience. When returning to London this will be the first place I will look for a room.

The room was large, spacious and very comfortable. The pub below was an added bonus where staff where friendly and food great. The location was perfect for us with the Southside Mall close by and regular buses going past.

Perfect location at Earl's Court underground station, 2 minutes walk to the underground, room was big, new bath, we loved the pub downstairs to have homemade food. we will come again.
