Loved the ambience of Langtry Manor, it's decor, architecture and the way how they have incorporated technology such as online and keyless check in into their operations. They promptly reached us to provide us with important informations prior to our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the beautiful junior suite and a slightly early check in. Can't thank them enough for the lovely gesture. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and prompt in responding to our queries. We loved our 2 night stay at Langtry Manor and would be our first choice hotel, whenever we plan our holiday to Bournemouth.

The staff was amazing, and we would especially like to mention Roberto, very kind and attentive to our needs, always with a smile! The beds are very comfortable and the room in general too, it has an elevator and stairs making it very convenient for suitcases. The room's heating works perfectly, it was very warm and powerful; we didn't feel the cold outside at all. The breakfast was hearty and very tasty. In addition, the common areas and garden are very pretty. The hotel bar is open 24/7, which is perfect :). I recommend this hotel without a doubt for its quality, price, staff and excellent location (you can get to the center on foot, or take a bus at the stop outside the hotel) I love this city, and I’m looking forward to come back!
