The room was extremely comfortable, there was great attention to every single detail. Service was flawless and very friendly. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the O2 as we were attending a show there. As well as the very convenient location and easy access to public transport to/from central London, everything else impressed us: beautifully appointed and comfortable room, excellent cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, great views from the bars and brasserie. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again on future visits to the O2.

I loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel as well as the location of the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and so accommodating and helped with any and all queries that I had, especially in explaining how the public transport and the Oyster Card worked as it was my first time in London, they also helped me find the best route to some sites that I wanted to visit while I was there.
