We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Staff were patient and caring. The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is very close to many amenities as well as easy to get to from the train station. The buffet breakfast was excellent and very good value. I would stay here again, without question, next time I visit Bristol.

Staff was really friendly and welcoming, and they upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of wine and chocolate to celebrate our couple's anniversary!! Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking!

A lovely clean and comfy room that was spacious and even had a window seat. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were easy to access. Diverse breakfast buffet and I appreciated the generous 12 o'clock check out despite not needing to use it this time.
