Rooms were spacious, larger than expected, well-decorated, and well-appointed. A lovely big comfortable bed and bathroom. The hotel is very well-positioned for the quick 703 bus ride from Heathrow Terminal 5. There's even self-check-in for busy times. A lovely pub just over the road with tasty Thai food too is a bonus. I got the driverless pod from Heathrow airport, which takes you straight to the hotel. The pod takes about 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The pod starts at 4.30am in the morning, and a return journey costs £8.35. It great to be able to leave the Thistle, get the pod, and arrive directly into the airport. We are a family of 5 and booked this last minute after finding out our evening flight was delayed and it would make it difficult for us to get home that same night. We had to book a family room and a double room and the price was very good. Rooms were clean, comfy and a good size.
